INVL Family Office is expanding its geographical reach – investment services will be provided by its branch in Estonia.

The Estonian branch of INVL Financial Advisors, a brokerage firm owned by Invalda INVL—the leading asset management group in the Baltic States and the operator of the INVL Family Office brand—has begun providing investment services.

The INVL Financial Advisors branch in Estonia commenced operations after receiving authorization from the country’s financial market supervisory authority. The Estonian branch is the second INVL Family Office branch in the Baltics. Earlier this January, the INVL Family Office branch in Latvia also received permission to provide investment services.

“After nine years of focused work in Lithuania, we see that we are successfully and significantly contributing to the preservation, growth, and transfer of wealth for affluent families in our country. We believe that the knowledge, experience, and solutions we have accumulated are now ready to be shared with residents of neighboring countries. Therefore, first in Latvia and now in Estonia, client trust in the INVL Family Office will be strengthened by highly qualified professionals working in these branches, who thoroughly understand both the needs of their countries and the global investment sector,” says Asta Jovaišienė, Head of the INVL Family Office.

The Estonian branch will provide investment services under the brand INVL Family Office. It will be led by Sven Jürgenson.

“Invalda INVL is a pioneer of private equity in the Baltic States. However, it is less known in the region that the group manages not only alternative investment funds and other investments, but also offers family office services. Considering that demand for high-quality family office services among affluent individuals in Estonia is growing every year, we aim to meet this need and introduce the INVL Family Office to the market. Our goal is to share with clients in Estonia our long-standing experience and knowledge-based, unique investment solutions that create long-term financial well-being,” says S. Jürgenson, Head of the INVL Family Office branch in Estonia.

INVL Financial Advisors, the company operating the INVL Family Office brand, was established in 2015. It is one of the largest multi-family offices in Lithuania, overseeing more than EUR 800 million in client assets. INVL Family Office prepares and updates investment strategies for individuals and legal entities, analyzes third-party products and services, represents clients in dealings with such providers, and offers wealth transfer planning and other investment services.

The 2025 financial market rollercoaster ended on a positive note — what lies ahead in 2026?
Investors could liken the recently concluded year of 2025 to a good action movie. There were no gunshots or high-speed chases, but market participants still experienced chills of fear in the spring and, by summer, a surge of greed driven by the fear of missing out on the “hottest scenes” in the financial markets.

Shoemaker with shoes
There are probably no clients left among us who have not heard about the Family Constitution. On this topic, we have read a huge number of books, taken part in various trainings and conferences, and have already helped more than one family to prepare a succession plan. However, if some time ago you had asked whether the rule “the shoemaker’s children go barefoot” applied in my family, the answer would have been YES. And I decided to change that.

Family governance. How is it beneficial for your family?
For some time now in Lithuania we have been hearing and finding articles on the topic of family governance. As Lithuania counts more than 30 years of independence, not only have private businesses grown, but families themselves have also grown and developed. It is natural that, having raised businesses, we turn back to the family and consider how much the family has contributed to the success of the business, how much the business can contribute to the well-being of the family, and how to preserve the business or accumulated assets so that family members can enjoy the fruits of long and hard work.
